Prices vary from location to location due to various factors such as exchange rate, higher living costs / utilities costs / travel costs. Non-participation in events or non-take-up of services will not be refunded. If you drop out of your studies, the tuition fee is calculated pro rata temporis, based on the rates / due dates of the installment plan.

Sample calculation for a dropout in Bible Survey in Berlin on November 15th: By then, the student would have had to pay € 153 + € 153 + € 153 + € 153 = € 612. The November installment was already due and has to be paid, but the installments from December onwards no longer have to be paid. In case of a one-off payment, € 1 600 - € 612 = € 988 will be refunded.

Due dates:

For one-time payments, the school fee is due on August 1. If you pay in installments, the school fee is due from August 1 (first installment) and on the first of each month (from September).

We make an effort to keep the course fees as low as possible in order to make studying at the EBTC possible for many. The actual costs amount to twice the amount of the tuition fees. Half the funds come out of support.

Thank you for helping us keep the tuition fees down in the future by supporting us on a regular or one-off basis!

Payment Methods

Students from Germany can pay in one of three ways:

  1. One-time payment (by bank transfer)
  2. One-time payment (by direct debit)
  3. 10 Installments (by direct debit)

Students from Switzerland have the following two options:
  1. One-time payment (by bank transfer)
  2. 10 Installments (by bank transfer)

Books

As we deem it very important to set up a personal library of useful books and reference works, all students are requested to purchase a copy of the required books. The compulsory reading for Bible Survey is already included in the tuition fees. The books are passed out on the first class weekend. Students of the other programs, should plan on a reading budget of approximately € 100 to € 350 per year.
