Graduation requirements
In order to successfully complete a program at the EBTC and receive a graduation certificate, the following requirements must be met:
An overall grade point average of at least 77% has been achieved.
The minimum requirements for each class have been met, whereby the minimum grade allowed for each subject is 67%. Failed classes have to be repeated until the minimum grade is achieved.
The student is committed to and actively involved in a local church.
Compliance with the EBTC school regulations and the Statement of Faith is required.
Students in the Expository Preaching, Biblical Counseling, and Music Ministry programs who are not in agreement with the EBTC Statement of Faith on primary matters of belief must submit a written statement to the location director two months prior to graduation.
This statement must include a detailed explanation regarding the issues in question. Positions that differ from the Statement of Faith must be biblically consolidated with relevant passages from Scripture.
Graduates will not receive their diploma until all outstanding tuition fees have been paid.
As the graduation ceremony marks a highlight of the year, every graduate is expected to be present. In rare cases and for compelling reasons only, an exception can be granted (only by the location director).
Students who have attended classes but do not meet the graduation requirements will only receive a certificate of attendance.
An additional fee of €50 will be charged for any later issuing of a diploma or a certificate of attendance.
